How do I put my earplugs in?

Thone is designed so that you can not do it wrong. Left of right does not matter, you cannot accidentally push them too deep, as long as you stop them in your ears. Check that you do this even though they are clean.

Tip: With your free hand, grab your ear at the top and pull your ear upwards/behind. This makes the bend of your ear gang court so that the earplugs go more easily.

How do I clean my earplugs?

After having been buried for a night under the thickest bass lines, it is good to clean your earplugs, they become greasy when used. Your filter should not be wet. You can get it out of the earplugs, but if you are careful it is not necessary. Wash the caps with soap and water and they are as good as new. Make sure they are dry before you do them in the box and they’ll be ready for the next party!

TIP: Create a fixed moment, for example for brushing the teeth or during washing. For example, Thone will take the whole festival season with ease.

How much do the filters of my earplugs dampen?

The Thone Music One (M1) mutes 23 dB.
The Thone Discrete One (D1) mutes 26 dB.
These are SNR values expressed in decibels.

How to get my order delivered?

Such as physical festival tickets. In an envelope so in your letterbox by the mailman.

What is the delivery time of my order?

2 to 3 working days, that’s only one night’s sleep on Dour!

How can I pay?

We only accept money. You can pay via iDeal, PayPal or Credit Card.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders below 50 euro you pay 3.95. That’s about a beer at the festival. Everything from 50 euro we send for free.

RETURN AND WARRANTY

What about returning?

All our articles have a reflection period of 14 days from the date of receipt.
This applies only when they have not been used, we cannot take used earplugs in connection with hygiene.
If you want to send your earplugs back, please mail to info@Thone.pro. We will send you a form with which you can return the product. We pay the purchase amount, plus any shipping costs, depending on the situation. Within fourteen days the money is on your account.

My Thone came in piece!

Then the order by the eye of a needle crept, we work accurately and with love. Is there something not to your liking? Please contact us as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after receipt. Mail a photo to info@Thone.pro and we will solve it as quickly as possible.

My Thone does not fit.

Every ear is different, just like any auditory gait. For the universal earplugs we have chosen the average size. Thanks to the flexible material, the caps are to the ear canal, which works for most people.
If you get Thone with difficulty in your ears and easily attack them, your ear canal is a bit narrower. You will probably recognize this problem with your phone’s ears, for you the advantages of custom made earplugs are enormous. Mail to info@Thone.pro to look at possibilities.

I got something different than I had ordered.

Oops. Apparently, even with all the care, attention and extreme concentration flaws are creeping in. Stay calm and mail us for help. We will apologize and show understanding of this confusing situation. Then we ask you to return the wrongly shipped article, we will send you the right product. Of course all costs are for our account.

I ordered a wrong product. What now?

That can happen the best, so we offer you two weeks of reflection time. Leave everything unopened as you found it and mail it to info@Thone.pro, we will send you the return form. To meet your needs, we will not only refund the purchase price, but also the shipping costs. The return costs are for you. Then you can just try again.
